SYNOPSIS

1.     Aaj Phir Jenee Ki Tamanna Hai

The protagonist of the story of a young girl, Devyani who is a topper and qualified fashion designer….. ….. She is talented and comes from a cultured family …….so wants to take up responsibilities by working in Textile Company….Shalini Sharma who is the better-half of Jaswant Sharma, (owner of Sharma Constructions) sees Devyani and becomes excited to getting her married to Yuvraj, the elder son of Sharma family….Joshiji, father of Devyani couldnot believe when he got marriage proposal from Shalini Sharma….but Devyani  was not happy with all these developments but got convinced after a lucrative offer of opening a textile company after marriage from Shaliniji…..On the other side Yuvraj is in a live-in relationship with his girlfriend in Mumbai that his family is ignorant about…..he uses the family resources in trying out new plans and career options on the unshakable confidence of his mother Shalini…..Jaswant Sharma wishes that his work should be taken over by Rohan,his younger son but he is more inclined towards art and photography…daughter Ritu has no purpose in life and wastes her time in social networking sites…with all this scenario some close relatives want to take advantage by grasping all business of the family.

After marriage Devyani is severely shocked to see Yuvraj elope on their first night but is consoled by family by giving business excuses… but she eventually comes to know that her husband has an affair in Mumbai…..she is in a big dilemma about her life after marriage…She has to decide her destiny..is it with the marital family or her family or a professional choice or something independent…….Jaswant Sharma, her father-in-law gives her enough freedom to live her life….Now Devyani recollects her strength and joins an Export Company…She get praised by the MD for her work and talent…..Tanya, girlfriend of Yuvraj is the boss of Devyani…..Tanya appreciates her work immensely and takes her to meet Yuvraj where he is astonished to see her…

 Her talent and behavior attract Yuvraj towards her…… But Devyani again decides to keep a work relation only……..with a question unanswered…..Will they get back together ever ????

2.     KISMAT KONNECTION

This is an astrology based episodic show… in which we show the real life stories connected with a common man and what problem he faces if he is having any astrological problem.!! As the stories proceeds, we show how his personal/professional/financial/social life or his nature changes according to the movement of the planets. We also try and make them understand how they can avoid such problems of life by having patience and waiting for the right time to come…

Sundeep Koachar, an astrologer cum anchor of the show comes in between and explains the logical and technical part of the planets and their positions.

3.     Masakali

This is a story of chandani, a beautiful, bold, friendly, jolly and naughty girl, happy go lucky types. That’s why she is being called Masakali by her college friends. She doesn’t believe in society’s conservative thing, She is very open minded… she believes in Love and not hatred… that’s why she doesn’t even want to hurt any guy who falls in love with her.  She respects her feelings. She knows that love is just a beautiful feeling, nothing else. But people around her  are not sensible enough to understand her feelings. They think that she is characterless and a crazy girl who doesn’t know the moral values of life. But she always raise the question against why girls are forced to follow all the society rules, ristrictions and limitations. Even her family members like her chacha-chachi thinks that she is a characterless girl. Chandani is very scared of her father at the same time, very close to her Bua. Bua is the only one who is very loving and supportive to chandani. She understands her feelings, thoughts & her innocence like no one else. Chandani’s father plans to get Chandani married with a well educated guy Shekhar who believes that he wants to know chandani first and then may decide the future about their relationship. Chandani shares a healthy friendship with Shekhar and at the same time Shekhar falls in love with Chandani’s innocence and her open mindedness… Just then Chandani finds the man of her life Vishal… and falls in love with him. Chandani goes against her father’s decision and marries VIshal. Contrary to the Chandani’s nature, Vishal’s family is totally conservative. She has no liberty to do basic things of life on her own. How will she live..survive in completely new and contrary family??!?!!!

Girish Malik’s ‘JAL’ WINS National Award For Visual Effects

Was also the only Indian film to be in-competition at the Busan International Film Festival 2013 and was also more recently the official selection for the Indian Panorama section at IFFI Goa

 

 Having gained tremendous critical acclaim both internationally and domestically, Girish Malik’s ‘JAL’ which released on 4^th April 2014 has added yet another feather in its cap. The movie which stars Purab H Kohli, Kirti Kulhari, Tannishtha Chatterjee, Saidah Jules, Mukul Dev, Yashpal Sharma and Ravi Gossain amongst others has been named the Best Film in the Special Effects Category at the 61^st National Film Awards. JAL’s special effects were done by Intermezzo Studios.

Commenting on the moment director Girish Malik says, “It's a moment of great pride! Everyone dreams about winning the national award and we are honored to have won it in our very first movie. It is a clear vindication of the handwork and dedicated effort of the entire team.

“Visual Effects is a key element of the film which adds immensely to the storytelling and the entire experience of the film that the audience takes back with it. We worked on a very tight budget and it was a huge challenge. We had to make it look realistic, so it's great that we are being rewarded for our work,” added Girish.

Jal is the story of a young water diviner, BAKKA who is gifted with a special ability to find water in the desert.  With the backdrop of water, the film tells a complex and fascinating story of love, relationships, enmity, deceit and circumstances that bring about the dark side of human character. It is a high-octane, action- drama with a shocking climax. Shot on an epic scale, the film is a visual treat and has managed to capture ‘Rann Of Kutch’ like never before prompting even ‘The Hollywood Reporter’ to applaud Jal as “a breathtakingly photographed tragedy of Shakespearean proportions.” Indian critics have also hailed JAL as a once-in-a-lifetime experience, a poignant and powerful film which is a visual delight.
